I had my period a week early this month then it is still going on now for 10 days now should i be worry i have poc but since i been on medication my cycles have been pretty regular

Hi! If you were my patient I would advise you that you probably didn't ovulate this cycle for some reason. That is likely the cause of the irregular and prolonged bleeding. I always recommend testing for pregnancy if there is any possibility--but otherwise I would suggest waiting to see what your next cycle is like. Good luck!
