Can a woman have more than one opening to the Skene's Gland? During sex my partner noticed something he described as 'looks like a pimple - white 'head' with a bit of red surrounding it'. I have no history of STI's... but have gone to my GP who has ordered a number of STI tests no results yet.

Hi! If you were my patient I would advise you that you probably have a pimple. OR a plugged hair follicle. There are lots of smaller and some larger sweat glands oil glands and the Skenes glands as well as the Bartholins glands in that area. All of which can get plugged up and most of which will resolve on their own. These are not typically sexuall transmitted infections although it is always good to rule out things line herpes.
