Lately I have been having a weird pain kind of like pressure in my lower abdominal area. I don't have any foul smelling discharge so I don't know what could be wrong.

Hi! If you were my patient I would ask you to come in so I could do an exam and pap smear. I would want to check to be sure there were no growths such as fibroid tumors on your uterus or cervix or cysts on your ovaries that were causing your symptoms. If the pains and pressure continue you should definitely get a check up. Good luck!
