Hello I'm 18 about 7 wks I know that I'm not too far along but I do experience a lot of lower abdomal cramping but I haven't had any spotting. Is this normal ?

Hi! IF you were my patient I would advise you that cramping in early pregnancy is VERY common. IF there is no bleeding it is probably not anything to worry about. We usually attribute it to "stretching " of the uterus. You can try to take acetominophen to take the edge off the discomfort. Making sure your bowels stay regular can help too. Good luck!
