genital skin problems

This past summer I was diagnosed with Lichen Sclerosus so I am very up-close-and-personal with my vuval skin on a daily basis. Sometimes after a long hot shower before I apply cream to my perineum I squat over a magnifying mirror so that I can see where I am applying the cream and I noticed these small pin-head sized bumps on/in the skin there and down around my butt hole. Given that I only see these tiny bumps when the skin is stretched and they are pretty consistently spaced I'm not sure if this is a normal variation in the genital skin or something that I need to follow up with a doctor. I would just also like to note that I was just viewed by a gynecologist for the skin on my perineum because it kept ripping during intercourse and he said the skin there didn't look as if it had enough elasticity and prescribed me an estrogen cream to bring back the elasticity. So it would be assumed that he looked closely at the skin there and didn't report any other abnormalities to be worried about. I just want to ask the opinion of an expert here before I go running back into the doctors office.

Thankyou for such a quick reply. I am also using clobetasole not so much for my perineum as for tiny area of skin above my clitoris that has turned white & is where I feel the most discomfort. This disorder has left me so distraught as I am quite young & not within the normal age range to develop this at all. I am only 25. Not really sure what to expect from here on out but I am hoping that it doesn't progress any further since it's only mild right now.
