Post birth Pains

My significant other and I just had a baby girl in late October. A month before the birth i made a mistake and had unprotected oral sex with a women. I was checked 19 days after for stds and all came back negative. we were broken up at the time then She had a baby girl and all was fine we have started having regular sex again but with limited protection preganancy. over the last several weeks she is complaining about abdominal pain and cramping. With my guilt and internet searching I go to I gave her something and she has PID. I know that women have pains like that all the time after birth and especially if she is breast feeding as she is. I posted in the std forum already and they told me the std tests were good and nothing to worry about but wanted an opinion on this side as well. thanks
