Ive been experiencing greeny vaginal discharge for 2 months now. Ive had swabs done for stis and infections which have come back clear. I have been experiencing bleeding from my vagina when I strain a bit from opening my bowels.

Hi! If you were my patient I would suspect a yeast infection and would culture for yeast do a wet mount and pH and probably treat with Diflucan. If you are having unusual vaginal bleeding I would do a pregnancy test and and ultrasound after I had done a careful exam and PAP smear. Good luck!
