I have been on contraception for 10 years. I had irregular periods. The last 3 years I have been off contraception. My husband and I have been trying to conceive for 1year and nine months.for the last 6 to 7months my cycles lengh changed from a constant 28day to 26days to 25days and my last cycle was 21 days. What could the problem be? Is it serious?

Hi! If you were my patient I would advise you to consult with a fertility expert since you have been trying for more than a year. If your periods are anywhere between 21-35 days in length that can be considered normal and you may be ovulating. You should probably begin some testing though and a fertility expert will be most helpful! Good luck!
