Hello Dear Here are some helpful tips that will surely help you out. • Walk daily • Go running. • Use a stationary bike or go biking. • Do a simple floor exercise. • Try leg rolls • Try rebounding on a trampoline • Try Pilates • Use a stability ball • Eat more protein • Add daily servings of fruits and vegetables. • Drink lots of water. • Don't expect to lose the weight from just your legs. • Use your legs less if you are skinny but your legs are muscled.
